Having 3 Medion Akoya's in my houshold 2 laptops and one pc I found the machines superb and customer service exceptional. They are helpful and even though you have to send them back to Germany for repair they provide everything you need and make it easy. Don't be put off by the poor review it in no way reflects my experience with the machines or the company.

I was disappointed with the purchase as, whilst it worked fine for the first two days, the hard disk then became faulty and thus I had to send it back. Also the local computer expert who verified the fault commented that the processer was old technology - in his words about 5 years out of date.
